Ingredients:
1/4 cup avocado oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro – optional
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place your steak in a large resealable bag and add the marinade, making sure the steak is coated evenly. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the steak.
Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the steak marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
When you’re ready to cook, remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Cook the steak on a grill or in a pan over medium-high heat to your desired level of doneness.
Once cooked, let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips. Serve with your favorite veggies (optional) and enjoy your delicious fajita steak!
